Miscellaneous costs are defined written before the cooperation starts between Just Essential and the B2B or B2C customer. These costs are related to accommodation, transport, meals, car rental and insurance and telephone. Car using costs are based on the mileage and tolls, established under French law rule.

The client from a EU country is asked to bring the European Health Insurance Card when visiting another EU country. This card is the only proof that you are insured in your country of residence and ensures rapid processing during acute health problems. A mistake ? We all make our mistakes sometimes. If you note an error concerning yourself of your company, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We try to find a solution, if possible, the same day. A satisfied customer is the best ambassador for Just Essential.

During the Exclusive & Natural events we friendly ask you to respect the dress code. If required, we give you the necessary information.

We ask you not to smoke in indoor environments and your (domestic) animals feel much better at home.

Ask people in advance if they mind to be photographed or filmed by your camera.
