About Us

The founder of Just Essential is born in The Netherlands in 1964 and has an agricultural background and a Dutch horticultural education with a recreation and tourism option. In possession of a certificate ‘Guide Foreign Countries’, recognised by the Dutch Ministry of Education – decree of March 5th 1975, reference BVO/SFO-129.718 and a letter delivered by ‘La Préfecture des Alpes Maritimes ( Direction de la Réglementation et des Libertés Publiques ) with the permission of guidance in public French areas.

With more than 20 years ‘European Professional Green Experiences’ and the language skills including a European lifestyle, the decision to create Just Essential is logical and natural.

The philosophy behind Just Essential is to save the human contact by a direct communication with the persons who like to work, live and collaborate in a natural way.

Transparency and clarity are the keys to build up a long lasting relation.

Meeting people and talking to people from all over the world is essential and makes you realizing that there’s a place for everybody in the world.

The communication by e – email and a website works only if you know to who you are sending your written message. Just Essential first talks to you by telephone or during an appointment and later, if you appreciate the communication by e – mail it can become part of the total.

Just Essential is operating with a European mind on the European territory and tries to get things moving on an essential way.

That’s why we transfer you different links of European websites with the last, probably use full information for everyone who is planning to live, to work, to travel or searching for health care in the EU. Or who is already living in the EU.

If Just Essential has a doubt about the application of the law concerning a country, the authorities of the concerned country will be contacted. If needed, after, the SOLVIT centre of the country shall be contacted for a precise answer to a precise question concerning the applicable European legislation. This is important for all clients and for Just Essential and its third-party insurance.
