EUROPE - Telecom companies still cut of the people if they do not pay immediatly : these companies are not UCC conform.

They should call the client and propose a solution.

No ONE should remain without the possibility of making a phone call.

EUROPE - Laywers  ask huge amounts to new clients (... 6500 EUR and more...) before they start their service.

Their clients have no clue what these laywers are going to do ... good or bad, endless abuse of pragmatic service. 

The reason why JUSTICE must be a free service for everyONE.

Nothing is done yet to service the people fairly.

EUROPE - Accountants, well ... do NOT start a companye BEFORE you tested an accountant on the UCC knowledge.

And do not forget, the owner of the company is end responsable for ALL.

Accountants can be THE danger for your survive.

Be aware that registered letters with proof of receipt are not UCC compliant because they provoke unnecessary legal proceedings.

Use only registered (followed) or normal letters and avoid all agressivity: do no harm, talk to  people.

All companies, people etc. who are in contact with the owner of a property, are NOT allowed to make a change in a document, without asking authorization at the actual owner of the property (cadaster, electricity, gas, water, local taxes, cleaning, banks, insurances, ...).

Why ?

If they do, they are not UCC - conform acting.

Double checks need to be done to avoid administration fraud and to avoid abusif (il)legal affairs for the owner of property.

EveryONE has to double-check, tripple-check everything. 

Remember : legal is NOT LAWFULL and not all 'notarial offices' are respecting THE LAW.
